This Latin American or Sud American flower brooch accessory is hand made in Buenos Aires by innovative and eco-conscious jewelry company Perfectos Dragones, whom craft their jewelry using aluminum, nylon, lycra, silicone rubber, eco-leather, and plastic filaments.
Founded by a collective of graphic, industrial, and fashion designers during Argentina's economic collapse (1999-2002), Perfectos Dragones placed an emphasis on giving a new direction to everyday and artistic materials since Gold, Silver, and Platinum were no longer viable jewelry materials. The collective aims to create beautiful jewelry that is outside the box, and eco-friendly with the motivating factor for the design being the materials.
