 Intricate wood carving on a golden wall. Only parts of the palace are open to the public as Bahia Palace is still used by the Royal family and their staff. It was built in the late 19th century. Each room in this exquisite palace has its own incredible works of art built into the ceilings, arches, doorways, walls and floors.
The palace is designed in the typical Moroccan-Islamic style of architecture. The views from room to room are stunning, as one can stand in one spot and have their eyes drawn to several doorways that are aligned to the viewer.
